What you get
Access to the Insulin Buddy web version. The app is a learning tool that illustrates, step by step, how a mealtime insulin dose is made up of carbohydrates, the glucose value and active insulin, based on the values you enter. The web version works on a phone, a tablet and a computer.
Price and payment
A one-time purchase of €1.99. The price includes the VAT or sales tax of your country, calculated at checkout based on where you are. There is no trial period, and the purchase is never billed again. The seller is Cavalier Venues Oy (Business ID 3649639-4). Payment is processed by Stripe: you pay on Stripe's checkout page by card or another payment method Stripe offers, such as a mobile wallet. Your card details go to Stripe, never to us.
Signing in after the purchase
After the payment you return to the app, and a sign-in link is sent to your email. If it has not arrived within a few minutes, check your spam folder or write to tuki@insulinbuddy.fi.
Right of withdrawal and refunds
You can request a refund within 14 days of the purchase by writing to tuki@insulinbuddy.fi from the email address you used to buy. The refund is paid to the same payment method, and it ends the access.
Another device or browser
Your access is stored in the browser where you open the app. On another device or browser, request a sign-in link at app.insulinbuddy.fi/claim.html with the email address you used to buy. You can request a new link at any time.
Your data
For the purchase we process your email address, billing country, Stripe's payment identifiers, the amount and timestamps. The values you enter in the app never leave your device. More information: privacy policy and terms of use.
